How much access will I have to browse and search?
As often as you wish to log in. We also encourage you to keep your destination dates up-to-date and add as many as you wish. By design our sites are very fluid. One day there is one member in Kansas City and the next day there are five...member profiles are very flexible.

Does my real name, email address or any other personal information ever get revealed or sold?
YOUR PRIVACY IS IMPORTANT TO US! We never to reveal any private information to other JAAM, Inc. members or ANY outside commercial entities. We do not sell your name, private information or email address to any outside company or service. We do not load spyware or adware through any JAAM, Inc. site. Our servers and database is constantly being upgraded to insure your security. We also suggest you have a separate email address (examples: Yahoo, Hotmail) if you are seeking discretion and greater privacy. Please see the Terms of Service.

What if I am getting harassed or would prefer to avoid someone?
Upon notification by either email/phone or in writing we will do everything in our ability and power to cooperate with your wishes including issuing a warning and/or canceling their membership.

How much does it cost and how will it appear on my credit card statement?
Women are FREE! Men can sign up for 3 months for $3.49 each month($10.49) and 6 months for $2.88 a month ($17.28). Best value on the net! Your credit card will show the charge as JAAM,Inc. It will NOT refer to the specific site you joined. Nothing will come in the mail to you from any JAAM,Inc. site. We respect your privacy in all matters.

What if I prefer not to use a credit card or don't have one? Can I pay by check or money order?
YES...Send either a check or money order (Cash at your own risk). Include $10.49 for three months or $17.28 for six months. Check/MO made out to JAAM, Inc. Include a preferred user name, password, your name/address and email address. We will email you when we have you set up so you can search and add your destination dates.

Will my ad be seen on any other sites?
YES! JAAM, Inc. has a network of sites that share profiles with similar interests. Your ad can be seen by more people and you will have more profiles to choose from. How many destinations can I have?
Unlimited.

Are there age requirements?
YES!...You Must be 18 years or older to join and be a member of any JAAM site.

How are renewals handled?
Membership renewals are automatic unless you notify us in advance by email (customerservice@JAAMINC.com), phone, or mail that you want to cancel or have your membership expire without additional charges. We are the best value on the net and want to make sure all our clients are satisfied. Please feel free to notify us with problems, questions or abuse reports. We take pride in prompt customer service. All cancelations must be made within the first 24 hours after the charge for a refund on renewals only.

I search and cannot find anyone close to me.
We do have thousands of members but not all are listed at any given time because they are either not traveling or have their home locations listed at the present time. This is a VERY fluid site meaning our listings change daily. One day nobody is in Kansas City and the next you have five. It is the nature of the site. This is one of the reasons we offer multiple month memberships.

What are the rules on pictures?
Women signing up for free MUST include a picture in their profile or JAAM, Inc will delete the profile at our discretion. Pictures showing a penis or vagina will be deleted. These are unacceptable pictures by themselves and have no value in promoting ones self. We reserve the right to delete any picture we deem unacceptable. PLEASE give CAREFUL thought to your pic. Best to use RECENT headshots with you ALONE for best results.

How does the SEXUAL PREDATOR check work?
Upon sign-up every member will be checked against a number of national and state sexual predator data bases. While these are hardly fool proof or complete, we believe that we can help make our sites safer by taking this step for all members. Please understand that per our terms of service we do not guarantee that the lack of any sexual predator record means there is none or that any individual is safe. We cannot assume any liability for any action by any member. If we do discover a sexual predator record that member will be deleted without refund and we will notify the local law enforcement.

Are all members subject to a background check?
YES. We perform a basic background check based on the information we have using the credit card information, name, address, state and other related information. We delete all members that show a positive hit for violent crimes, property crimes and felonies. WE DO NOT delete members for DUI's, drug offenses or petty misdemeanors. While this background check does eliminate many undesireables, IT IS NOT PERFECT, nor should you assume anything until you verifiy yourself. We do not assume ANY liability for errors made in our search and you assume all risks when you accept the Terms Of Service. We may request your BIRTH DATE to verify if we have a positive hit on a common name-This is to make sure we do not delete you by mistake.
